Simon asked: I suffer from snoring pretty bad and my poor wife is loosing sleep. I’ve tried decongestion drugs, nasal rinses, nose clamps to keep the airways open and anti histamines. Does anyone know of anything that really stops snoring?
Has anyone undergone Radiofrequency palatoplasty or Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, have these helped?
