How can I get my husband to stop snoring?
June 26th, 2009 | by admin |Megan B asked:
My husband is a former smoker (he hasn’t had a ciggie in 5 months) and he is chronically stuffy. He snores incredibly loudly, and it keeps me from falling asleep - and being a stay-home mom to a 2yr old boy, sleep is a necessity. I hit him, tell him to “shh!”, roll him over (which isn’t easy since he’s overweight), kick him…none of it helps for longer than two minutes. What products have helped for anyone out there with the same problem?

convince him to strap a tennis ball around his waist with string. Attach it in a way so that whenever he sleeps on his back it is uncomfortable because of the tennis ball . It actually works if you can convince him to try this .
