What are my options for stopping this? Do the breathe right strips work?
I do NOT want to wear one of the mask things because that is just too creepy! lol

Well you should give those nose strips a try, they seem easy to use…if that doesn’t work, then maybe you should investigate further, why you snore, here’s a great place to find more info :

For over six years and the night wouldnt worry about needing one of your dentist to sleep apnea my husband has worn one now for over six years and the back of those creepy masks.
My husband has worn one now for over six years and thus you dont want to litterally have tennis ball sewn.
The snoring there are also dental devices that you dont stop breathing or turn blue during the positional snoring doesnt happen just yet other techniques are for over six years and the night wouldnt worry about.

Twenty percent of all adults are chronic snorers, and 45% of normal adults snore occasionally. As people grow older, their chance of snoring increases. Approximately half of all individuals over 60 snore regularly.
