My girlfriend has been snoring VERY loudly lately. So much so that I can’t sleep. Lol. Idk if it’s allergies, or what. What’s the best way to stop this? I have heard of strips and such. Do those work? If so, what are some you could recommend?

The time when my husband takes xanex he snores to he uses them nose strip thingys it is prolly do to he snores to allergies get her nose strip thingys nasal spray medications could cause that alot of the time when my husband.

My partners snoring was really bad several months ago she started wearing stop snore ring.
